Ms. Lien Siaou-Sze is Senior Partner at Management Alignment Partners GmbH (MAP), where she coaches senior executives and drives leadership transformation. She previously served as Vice President (University Advancement) and Board Trustee at Nanyang Technological University, and earlier held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, retiring as Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific & Japan after leading HP’s merger with Compaq. Named one of Fortune’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business Outside the USA,” she currently serves as an Independent Director of ST Engineering, following prior board appointments at Japfa Ltd, Elekta AB, and the NTU Confucius Institute.
