Datuk Razali Mahfar is an accomplished leader, academic, and consultant with over three decades of experience across aviation, engineering, oil & gas, higher education, public policy, and organisational transformation. His expertise spans leadership and performance, strategy, governance, innovation, and human capital development.

He has served in senior roles with multinational corporations, government-linked entities, and higher education institutions, and has held key national appointments including Board Member of the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM). Since 2012, he has been actively engaged as an Adjunct Professor, executive coach, and advisor to universities and organisations in Malaysia and internationally.

Datuk Razali holds a Master of Science in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and is a Fellow and Senior Member of multiple UK and US professional bodies. He recently completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management, with research on leadership styles and organisational outcomes, further strengthening his academic and research credentials in organisational leadership and performance.
