Dr Intan Osman is an academic associated with the School of Management and Centre for Research on Women and Gender Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)and few private private universities in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. She is currently served as an external senate's member at Asian Women’s Leadership University College (AWLUC). Her academic interests include management, entrepreneurship, human resource management, and women’s economic empowerment. Her research explores organisational development, business practices, and the role of women in entrepreneurship and economic development.
