Dr. Lum Li Sean is an academic leader with over 15 years in tertiary education and 10 years in senior logistics leadership. She previously served as Head of Academic Affairs at DISTED College, Penang, overseeing academic school operations and institutional compliance across MQA, MOHE, and ISO standards, including external evaluations and accreditation audits.

She has extensive experience in Transnational Education (TNE) and international franchise partnerships, having secured MOUs and pathways with universities across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Scotland during her time at DISTED College and INTI International College Penang. Alongside this, she teaches marketing, management, and research methodology, and has supervised doctoral and master's candidates as a DBA supervisor at Wawasan Open University.

Dr. Lum holds a DBA from Universiti Utara Malaysia and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. She is also a registered HRD Corp and NIOSH Malaysia corporate trainer.
