Dato’  Dr. Shan is a transformational leader with high interpersonal skills with immense passion for disruptive innovation with 35 years of experience. He is the founder and  the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ECTrons. Prior to setting up ECTrons, he was the former CEO of Kontron Malaysia. He is a versatile executive with vast experience in company's vision, business strategy management, transformational restructuring, talent management, commercial application of technology innovation and risk management for sustainable performance. During his long tenure in Kontron Malaysia, he managed to transform Kontron Malaysia from a manufacturing inclined company to  a R&D CoE (Centre of Excellence) and a sustainable business organization.         He is also a member of  Board of Governors  Asian Women’s Leadership Project (AWLP), Chairperson for Strategic Initiatives Pillar 1, E&E Productivity Nexus  (E&E Value Chain) and the Vice Chairman NSC 25/TC 11 (Innovation Management) under Department of Standards Malaysia.
