I am proud to be the first Ethiopian and African student in the MA in Leadership Development at Asian Women’s Leadership University College (AWLUC), representing Ethiopia and Africa in a diverse academic community. The program equips leaders to address global challenges through a curriculum that combines leadership knowledge with practical skills such as innovation, communication, cross-cultural understanding, and problem-solving, including insights into Artificial Intelligence, Society, and Governance.
