“Through this course, I learned the importance of understanding diverse perspectives, effective communication, and critical thinking in leadership and collaboration. The session-by-session discussions encouraged us to think beyond our usual mindset and develop creative solutions to real-world problems. This experience has motivated me to continuously improve both academically and professionally. I strongly recommend this course, as experienced lecturers provide valuable insights beyond textbooks and encourage working professionals to reflect on real-life situations while developing practical leadership and communication skills.
